location was good

The listing on booking.com said there was private parking and that it had a shared kitchen. When we arrived we were told the kitchen was forbidden. Also, the parking was so hard to get in and out of and the host was very rude when we trying to park, he told us he wasn’t a Valet. He said we weren’t supposed to come and go, even though we were in the area for work and needed use of the car. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and there was loud shouting outside the room every morning.

Breakfast was nice, they could change it up a little bit but croidant, water, some other sweets and nice coffee, also the guy preparing and giving the breakfast is a very kind person.Also its close to train station and the metro station as well to the beach restaurantd etc..

First day in our first room toilet had no sead and double bed was just 2 beds nexto eachother, with different matrass, but they changed it for next days which was fine. The bed was too soft tho so my back hurts for a few days. Booking wrote 1€/person/day for city tax, they charged us double, dont know why tho… they don’t speak english, so communication is by google translate. Kitchen is shared for 3 rooms, you can use only microwave and plates glasses etc, dont expect to cook there like we did to save some €…

The room was clean and renovated in comparison with surrounding of the streets of Ercolano

Rooms was nice renovated but not mentained properly. Parking is narrow, no big cars can get in, but is big plus to have it there. Breakfast was good.

Reserved room wasn't ready whem we come, host put us in separeted rooms, then we need to move in other room next day. Bathrooms didnt have toilet seats. Shelf on wall almost felt down when I tray to put phone for charging. Rooms was too much noisy.
