The hosts are friendly and the apartment is decently sized with a balcony.

The owner Ivica met my bus at the bus station and provided a free ride to the property, which was so helpful. He pointed out the local supermarket, etc and when we arrived at the property he provided local map guides and marked them up to show how to get to Diocletian's palace, the old town, etc. It was very helpful. It made it easy to walk to the tourist areas the next day. It's not a very long walk .... downhill to town, and uphill to return, though not too steep. The decor is slightly dated but perfectly adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The terrace area is spacious and provided glimpses of the ocean between building. Two nights, August 2025. There is a nearby restaurant 'The Fat Boar' where I ordered a takeaway meal.

The shower head did not fix to the wall but had to be held in one hand, making it awkward to wash one's hair. A shower rail with wall-mounted rain shower head (I understand it couldnt be plumbed from the ceiling but shower rails can be found with an up and over rainhead without having to change the current plumbing. That small improvement would be great for future guests.
