La serviabilité du personnel, ..un grand merci car on nous a gracieusement upgradé dans le penthouse. On mange très bien au restaurant sur le toit. On est hors centre ville donc c’est calme et pas bruyant.

Beautiful and clean accommodation, a tiny beach with a bar right across the road. The beach is rocky and good for snorkeling, just watch out for passing boats

The hotel is a small, private hotel with beautiful rooms and fantastic views. Staff is so friendly and accommodating! This wS mu 2nd stay in 3 months and booking another trip in January’

I would suggest more chairs around pool area and that the chairs at the beach would be set up earlier than 11 am.

The staff is the best! Jairo, Janet where so helpful went out of their way to help us out, the room was clean and comfortable nice view close to a nice plaza and not far from ferry terminal, the rooftop restaurant at the hotel was amazing !

⸻ The stay at the hotel was excellent! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with our luggage that didn’t arrive with us in Mexico. They also kindly lent us a power adapter free of charge since we had forgotten ours. They even arranged a taxi to the Santander bank for us, as we had trouble withdrawing cash from other ATMs. The room was huge and very clean. We felt very comfortable, and we also really enjoyed the small pool in the garden area with the hammock. The rooftop restaurant offers a great view, and the dinner was truly amazing. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was good, but it could use a bit more variety and the portions could be slightly larger. Another great detail: they provide complimentary drinking water in glass bottles, which you can refill anytime – a sustainable and thoughtful touch. The only little downside was the location, as it’s a bit remote. However, for people with a rental car or scooter, it’s no issue – you can reach the harbor in just a few minutes. Also, there’s a nice sunset bar nearby with happy hour and a great atmosphere. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!!

This place barely qualifies as a hotel - it’s more like a rundown roadside shelter with extremely uncomfortable conditions. The room was incredibly noisy due to constant traffic outside, making it almost impossible to get any rest. The bathroom stank so badly that it was genuinely hard to even use it, and to make things worse, there was no hot water at all. That’s just basic, and they didn’t have it. The only redeeming quality of this place was the staff - very kind, welcoming, and doing their best with what they have. But unfortunately, their friendliness doesn’t make up for the poor conditions. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
