Interior design and breakfast were pretty good

Location and noises from street in the bedroom (with doors and windows being closed).

We stayed in the penthouse and it was lovely and comfortable. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and the breakfast was perfect with a substantial offering to start the day. Breakfast service was very laid back and kind and Joel made the whole experience delightful. Reading in the hammock in the garden was a perfect respite from the beach and people. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was a nice place to sit and relax and plan the day.

I could see where the street noise would be a deterrent for some, but I didn't have an issue. They have sound machines in the bedrooms and the windows are pretty soundproof. I do wish it was in a less busy area but that's more my preference.

I love that it’s a small, private place that is in a great location on the island. The snorkeling off the dock is fantastic. Jorge, waiter at the restaurant on the rooftop is excellent! His recommendations for food, drinks, excursions, and more were on point. He elevated our experience for sure. Antonio, bar tender at the beach is excellent too! Delicious food and drinks every day.

The ATM in the lobby didn’t work for us.

The restaurant upstairs was very good. Food and service ( especially Joel) exceeded our expectations. The beach across the street was comfortable with good food.

The room smelled musty. The bathroom design was problematic to use with a door that conflicted with the space. The balcony door needed to be closed because of street noise. Overall room had a worn look- needed update.

Fantastic, Friendly Service! Small, Independent Boutique Hotel. Very Comfortable Rooms & stylish. Relaxing back garden area with small pool & hammocks. Nice, friendly convience store on the first floor. Wonderful Restaurant on roof. Beautiful view of the sea from the Comfortable, Balcony. There is a small peaceful area by the sea (across the street) with rocky shoreline & dock. Very good Restaurant there open til 5pm. We had booked the Junior Suite & because they were not fully booked, they upgraded us to the Penthouse Suite. It was really Beautiful & Huge. Way bigger than what we needed. But, Fabulous! So nice of them! We spent a week there & it was our first time visiting Cozumel.

The noise from the street in front was pretty loud all thru the night. We went up for breakfast the first day & were disappointed in the food... (we found lots of other places to eat) There are a lot of stairs going up to room, fine for us, but if you have trouble with stairs, I would ask for 1st floor... also if walking a lot is difficult.. this hotel is a little walk from a lot of places... Taxis are all over & you can grab one anytime when you step outside.

Big and bright bedroom, high ceilings, lots of space, colourful, nice and clean, all essentials in, eco-friendly, great sea views!
