First I would like to committ Kaumar is a great front Dest worker he does his vary best to assist you with what ever you need vary patient and helpful. Located at1400 E. Airport fwy. Irving Tx.75062. This experience at this hotel was awful you don't get roomservice even after requesting it. The TV is consistently going out for hours the front dest is rude and doesn't no anthing.

If you don't mind the freeway noise it's a good stay.

I turned up in the evening, they had let my room, claimed they didnt have my booking because they had no internet. The power was on! Useless, unfriendly, unhelpful, the guy on the desk couldnt give a damn!

I wasnt able to check in do to their power being out. I am expecting a refund, but it is taking hotels.com excessive amounts of time. I should have gotten my money back by now.

No frills hotel. You get what you pay for so don’t expect a luxury hotel. But staff was nice and room was clean. I would return.

I have visited quite frequently and it is a horrible place to sleep. There happen to be roaches in these hotel rooms and holes in the bed sheets but they allow those sheets to be with the new sheets so they look kinda new. They also pay the workers 40 per hour in the laundry mad for a max hours of 8 am to 2 or 3 pm and 3.75 per room they usually dont care about lunch breaks but they eat when they can and come in early as 6 am to clean the whole place even the parking lots. The people who live here and stay are usual clean but for the ones that stay are very dirty and disgusting and leave a lot of beer on the floors and the smell of cigarettes still linger in the rooms in which the supervisor of the front office tells the workers to mask the scent with fabuloso. they dont really replace the carpets when there are stains but it is a cheap motel to stay at. The worker do their best to clean but arent given breaks to relax when they have 20 + rooms in a day but during this pandemic its usually more like 12-15 on most weekdays.

Our flight got canceled to Memphis that night and they got us a room for an affordable price. The room was comfortable for the evening and their service was precise. Enjoyed the stop through. Thank you.

My 11 y.o. daughter was first approached and asked how much she charged for a blowjib. Next, my 13 y.o. son was bullied by drug dealers, and threatened if he didn't buy from them. This place is not a cheap place once your children are scarred for life! It needs a police substation setup there! Also, our car was broken into! Stay clear!

It shouldn't be called Deluxe because it is so far removed from that. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice though. My room was entirely a different matter. The ceiling looked ready to fall in, a lot of water damage and stains. The tv didn't work. It would also turn off and on at will. The a/c worked when it felt like it. The water pressure was awful and the toilet kept flushing all night. I will say in its defense, it was quiet and next to a McDonalds and Enterprise car rental and close to the DFW airport. Never staying there again, ever.
