Ideally situated in town. Zone Parking is an issue or use car park (quite costly). Once parked, you can walk to everything. House has a few things for sorting, but very comfy and a really lovely space

The location was perfect. Close to everything you could want or need. The space is large for England.

It is time for a top to bottom cleaning of the place. The obvious things were clean (sinks, counters, floors etc.) But the baseboards, walls, pictures on walls, nooks and crannies etc. were dirty: dust, dirty hand prints, spills. Not for those with dust allergies for sure. Also not for anybody with mobility issues or young children- stairs are steep to second floor and very narrow and steep to third floor. Very hazardous for young ones.
