"Not a gem find"

The location was great a stones throw away from city center. The house was a good size.the staff online were supper helpful and very responsive.

The maintenance of property was poor. Not very child friendly. Broken slates near kitchen door way which could cause injury.no pat testing on any appliances. Floors absolutely filthy. Third bedroom was out of bounds as stairs to steep.garden in poor state no maintenance what so ever. Dumped sofa in corner of garden.

the location was great, having a parking pass was really useful as the property is in such a central location. It was excellent value for money. Close to all amenities. Well equipped, very comfy beds, nice kitchen, clean, a great base for lots of tourist attractions and historic houses.

"A pleasant stay"

Beds were really comfortable. It was clean. Lots of space to relax. My two children loved the fact they had a bedroom each.The Netflix was great, particularly as the weather was wet and windy in the afternoons. The location of this property was excellent, so close to everything. The parking permit was very handy as we could park nearby safely and without extra charges. The communication from the owners was good and it was easy to know how best to park.

Some of the decor and furnishings were tired and a few things need repairing. However, all the important things like beds, sofas, shower were all good, so this didn't impact our holiday. The attic room was perfect for an older child but would not suitable for little ones, tall people or anyone with mobility issues, as the steps are really steep and the ceiling slants, so it would be easy to bump your head and/ or slip.
