Hotel Bristol

Never having been to sorrento before we were totally in the dark about where to stay and what quality the hotels were in the area. After reading a few reviews and looking at the map we chose the Bristol for a few reasons.. Not being accomplished travelers and always very wary of eating out our choice was mainly because of the half board offered by the hotel and it's location to the centre of Sorrento. To cut a long story short we could have not chosen a better hotel. The location and views were stunning, the cleanliness and general presentation were outstanding and the staff were attentive and helpful. (Especially Andrea and Alex in the bar. A big l thanks to them for looking after us) Great food.....breakfast omelets to die for and a great choice of dishes in the evening. Would definitely reccomend the Bristol to anyone looking to stay in Sorrento. Many thanks to all . Ps we did get braver and ate out at local establishments as well.......

Loved every minute! Location is just the best with views over to Mt Vesuvius and Marina Grande. Staff can’t do enough for you we’ll definitely return

This was our first experience of this coastal region, and Tui have really done it justice with this outstanding hotel on all levels! We enjoyed 7 days at the Bristol Hotel, half board, just 10 mins walk from Sorrento, but high enough up the cliffs to experience the superb sea and land views from all rooms and the rooftop terraces and pool. The hotel is a lovely traditional building from the fifties, and almost has a film star glamour about it, with classic marble and tiled floors, beautiful decor in the dining rooms, and comfortable spacious public areas. Clean and well looked after. Our room was quiet, and spacious, the 6th or 7th floors are better as they are further away from the road below. All the staff, without exception were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The restaurant staff and food is in a league of it's own! It was delicious, we felt thoroughly spoilt. It made our holiday. The great menu choices, were different every evening. Impeccably served. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Good location if mobile 10-15 minutes walk into Sorrento Great staff very welcoming & extremely helpful
