everything from location to rooms to staff were incredible. last five days of twenty day trip were spent at Hotel Bristol and they were best days of trip.

On our arrival we were greeted in a professional and friendly manner.Our room was clean bright with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. You can't really stay here without.a balcony the view's are to die for and you will want.to sit out.The staff are are what make.this place Luca and his restaurant team go above and beyond looking so fresh in their uniforms to look after you with good Italian humour 😉. The pool is so clean but also.very cold this time of year such a shame. The walk.into Sorrento is.a 10 mins stroll and it's beautiful If you want cheaper.football shirts head for Vesuvius they have a little market but very tiring. stall there.£25.instead of £35 in the main town. Overall this was an amazing trip to Italy would highly recommend.If you take any trips especially to Pompei take hats and good walking shoes its a great trip.Thank.You The Bristol Hotel xx

From our initial warm welcome to checking out we were quite simply blown away by this hotel and its super friendly and professional staff. The hotel was at a 5 star standard with gorgeous well maintained decor and furnishings. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with high quality bathroom products which were replaced every day. The view of the coast from our balcony was spectacular. The service in the restaurant was excellent under the ever watchful eye of Luca and the food was always freshly cooked and of an exceptional standard, with lots of variety and choice. The bar and poolside bar were equally good and spotlessly clean and well maintained. All round an exceptional experience and well worth a visit.

The crowd is mostly retirees. Not a bad thing but something to consider. Definitely changed the vibes. Also, my room had no plugs or usb ports by the bed.

Stayed a wonderful 7 days here and it was absolutely stunning. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff make you feel like part of the family from you arrive. The food was delicious, with a great variety at breakfast and a lovely evening menu. A special mention to Luca, Pepe andCarmien and the restaurant team who were fantastic throughout our stay. Alex and Andreas in the bar were incredibly attentive and made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had- the Cosmopolitan and old fashioned were standout! The views from the room, swimming pool and outdoor bar area were stunning, looking over the bay of Naples and mount Vesuvius, making the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend

The views from our room and the pool were absolutely stunning. Sitting in the distance in Mount Vesuvius and the tiles in the room were designed to match the blue of the Bay of Naples. The breakfast was continental style and had a good choice of cakes, pastries and bread. We’ve been to a few hotels and cafes in Italy and the bread there is one of the best. They have a decent hot selection but the sausages were a pass for me. Their egg station is eggcelent with their resident chef who cooks everything from poached to omelettes fresh for you. The location is a short 10 min walk downhill from the main strip. The hill looks high from far but the incline was quite gradual for me.

The room’s floor is all tiles so it would have been nice to have some in-room slippers as the tiles can be quite cool.
