Realy liked the friendly staff at the main location, i don't remeber who handled us but he was great and talked in english, and was friendly towards us.

The television was super slow and barley worked, apps like netflix didn't work properly and we were quit dissapointed with that

We traveled as a family of five and booked a room with bunk beds, and this turned out to be one of the absolute best stays we had during our entire trip to Japan. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean, and it is located in a wonderfully nice, calm, and quiet neighborhood. It is also incredibly convenient and close to Kyoto Station. The nearest bus stop is just a short 300-meter walk from the property, and Bus No. 9 takes you directly to the station, which made getting around the city with a large family incredibly easy. The room itself came fully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need, including a refrigerator, an oven, and even an in-room washing machine, which was a lifesaver for us. Because there is no reception desk at the actual building, the check-in takes place at a dedicated counter right near Kyoto Station. The process was completely seamless, and the receptionist was wonderful, explaining every single detail and procedure with absolute clarity. This place offers fantastic value for money, and we highly recommend RESI STAY Andon to everyone visiting Kyoto!
