本次在该酒店预订连续三晚住宿，入住当天抵达酒店，刚进入电梯就闻到浓烈刺鼻的甲醛装修异味，进入客房后异味依旧非常严重。一开始以为是短时间通风就能散去的新房味道，我们全程开窗通风，想着适应一晚就会好转。但当晚回到房间，甲醛刺鼻异味完全没有消散，房间密闭装修气味很重，无法正常入住休息。我本身有鼻炎，长时间吸入异味一直不停打喷嚏，还伴随头晕、身体不适，全家人居住体验极差。第一时间立刻向Booking平台反馈房间甲醛超标、新装修异味严重，申请退房退款，但酒店态度强硬，以已办理入住为理由直接拒绝退款，无论身体健康、房间空气质量有任何问题都拒不协商。Booking当时告知会跟进处理，可从反馈问题开始，直至我整趟日本行程结束、退房离开，从头到尾没有给到任何有效解决方案，平台全程不作为，没有帮忙维权沟通。整整三晚，我们一家人根本没办法在床上正常睡觉，只能挤在窗边沙发，整夜开窗通风勉强熬过住宿时间。单纯被酒店装修颜值吸引预订，没有留意开业装修时间，入住后才发现是全新装修，甲醛残留严重。酒店霸王条款，不顾客人人身健康，无视甲醛对呼吸道、身体的伤害；平台售后拖沓、维权无力，这次入住体验极差，非常失望。也提醒大家预订酒店一定看清开业及翻新时间，避开新装酒店，甲醛危害身体健康，慎重避雷！
