Liberdade Apartment

Apartmán v centru města a přitom v klidné lokalitě. V blízkosti zastávky metra i autobusu, restaurace i obchod. Apartmán vybaven vším potřebným, kuchyň s velkou lednicí, varnou deskou, troubou, varnou konvicí, toustovačem. Dvě samostatné ložnice s příjemnými postelemi a společná místnost pro trávení večerů. Velká spokojenost z naší strany. Pozn. ubytování je na vyvýšeném místě, pro méně zdatné to může být problém, nám však vůbec nevadilo.

Samozřejme i zde se našly drobnůstky jako neodtékající odpad v jednom z umyvadel nebo lehká nečistota ve sprchovacích koutu. Nic co by zhatilo náš celkově dobrý dojem.

The apartment is located at the heart of Lisbon, close to Avenida da Liberdade, 10 min walk, where can be found most popular shops and restaurants.

Despite the good location, at the heart of Lisbon, access to the apartment is very difficult, especially if you are carrying large suitcases. Like many streets in Lisbon, for this apartment it was narrow and very steep, and some taxis refuse to drive up to the door which happened to us upon arrival and we had to carry all the way up. Once inside, the stairs are extremely cramped and there is no elevator, making it very hard to reach the apartment. Carrying our luggage up was quite dangerous, and we felt there was a real risk of falling. If you are traveling with big suitcases, I would definitely not recommend this place. The rooms were nice and generally comfortable, but the bathroom floor should really be renovated it looks worn out and gives the impression of being dirty. Unfortunately, the bedspread was our worst experience. On the second night, we discovered blood stains and many yellow and black spots on it. It was truly disgusting, and we ended up sleeping without any cover for two nights. On the first night, we hadn’t noticed because we were tired, but the next day, when making the bed, we saw it and informed the host. They apologized and said they would replace it, but no one ever came. That was very disappointing and disrespectful. Regarding the checkout instructions we understand that every property has its own rules, but some of them made us feel quite uncomfortable. For example: “Throw away all leftover food and drinks; leave the refrigerator empty.” We found it unpleasant to have to throw away perfectly good food. We had bought cheese, fruit, butter, bread, cookies, and juices all well stored and still in good condition. Perhaps a better approach would be to allow guests to leave unopened or fresh food items in the fridge for the cleaning staff to decide if they want to keep them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

La ubicación.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y tiene una terraza muy agradable, pero no vale lo que pagas. Está viejo, descuidado y sucio. Las toallas y la ropa de cama muy usada y manchada, las almohadas muy incómodas. La ducha no funciona bien en ninguna de las posiciones y se sale el agua. No tiene microondas y se nos fue la luz al poner el lavavajillas. Además la puerta de la calle no cierra bien y la mayoría de las veces nos la encontramos abierta. Creo que el precio debe ajustarse a las calidades, es desproporcionado.

De gastvrouw gaf ons het verkeerde adres. We reden door de stad omdat het ineens ergens anders was. Met de huurauto door de starten van Lissabon om vervolgens te horen dat we weer naar de andere kant moesten. Kan gebeuren, maar dat je dan ons een sneer geeft ipv je excuses aan te bieden en even aan te geven dat je niet met de auto bij het appartement kan komen... Heel vervelend, niet wat wij gewend zijn van de vriendelijke en gastvrije Portugezen..

No tenía microondas ni lavadora.

Fräscht och städat. Bra läge. Balkong!

Sängarna var hårda, framför allt i rummet med enkelsängar. Hade även önskat fler kuddar i sängarna, de som fanns var ganska platta.
