It was very central, easy to walk around Lisbon

Upon check in, beds were not done as expected, no pillow cases, pillows and towels were dirty. Single bed are very hard so couldn’t sleep well. Unfortunately apartment doesn’t look like as on the pictures.

Gorgeous apartment with a sweet balcony to catch the morning rays. Loungeroom is a good size to hang out with a decent kitchen as well. Liked the location but definitely better parts of Lisbon to stay in for access to restaurants, bars and sites.

Was messaged a lot by different team members asking for information I'd already supplied their colleague which was annoying. Ruined my shirt with their iron which had been burned by a former tenant, but they did buy a new iron and drop it off later in the day which was good!

The iron was an old fashioned one, my friend's clothes were all burned, the temperature was set very low and the operation was correct, but it was rubbish, there was no trash can or trash bag in the residence, it was ok for us to throw away the trash by ourselves, but there was no trash can!! The wifi didn't work on the first night we stayed, and we only worked on the second night of our 2 night stay! Check-in time is 4pm, which is quite late, so it is better to choose a more expensive rate! But you can check in earlier, 4pm is really late! Don't go to the office address they give to store your luggage, because if you go there, it will take 22 minutes to walk back to the apartment

Great location, really clean with great facilities

We didn't like the investation of ants in the living room.

Missing pillow cases upon arrival but delivered late in the night. Also, it was cold and we couldn't get the heat to work. host did not solve our issue. Instructions on garbage clean out were not clear.

Location very good, very quiet, apartment clean, spacious and relaxing. Fridge was clean and operating. No lift, but we didn't need one, balcony was a great feature which we used and shower was good and powerful! Very secure door.

I didn’t like having to had over 240 euro in cash - tax and deposit- and uncertain how it will be refunded!

Staff was really friendly and helped us with late check-in. The apartment was well maintained and clean. The surroundings are quiet yet really accessible to public transport.
