Please note that the hotel consists of two buildings - Hotel Kocierz and Willa Kocierz. Willa Kocierz is located 262 feet from the main building with a walkway through the yard. Please note that there is a club and a banquet hall in the main building, which may cause some noise or light disturbances. Please note that the aquapark is open from 26.06.2021 until the end of the summer season (the closure date depending from the weather). Please note that the ski slope is open in winter seasons from December until February/March (depending from the weather).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Bardzo dobry ośrodek posiada bardzo dużo udogodnień miła obsługa . Pokoje zadbane czyściutkie . Przepyszne śniadania i ogólnie bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji . Spa na wysokim poziomie .

Jedynie co mi się nie podobało to wolna obsługa kelnerska na antresoli dziewczyny jakby zakręcone i musiałem się upomnieć o obsłużenie mnie po długim czekaniu .

Gustowna stylistyka, zwłaszcza SPA, bardzo miła obsługa, doskonała kuchnia. Pokój przygotowany wczesniej- na nasz przyjazd, zgodnie z prośbą. Polski personel, panie chętnie, z uśmiechem służą pomocą. Profesjonalna obsługa SPA i również polska! Daje się odczuć wysoki poziom i klasę Ośrodka z czego słynie od lat.

Pogoda..ale to oczywiście niezależne od Państwa! W karczmie z pysznym menu można by wrócić do zapewnienia serwetek na stołach- są naprawdę niezbędne i oczywiste. Byłoby też dobrze gdyby podejść bardziej elastycznie do pozycji pierogów w menu- aby można zamówić pół na pół z dwóch rodzajów pokaźnej porcji lub stworzyć pozycję "mix".

Staff was very friendly and professional, we really like all the facilities in the hotel. There was an excellent choice of food for both breakfast and dinner, very tasty and well prepared. The room was spacious and had everything we need for our stay.
