Please note that the hotel consists of two buildings - Hotel Kocierz and Willa Kocierz. Willa Kocierz is located 262 feet from the main building with a walkway through the yard. Please note that there is a club and a banquet hall in the main building, which may cause some noise or light disturbances. Please note that the aquapark is open from 26.06.2021 until the end of the summer season (the closure date depending from the weather). Please note that the ski slope is open in winter seasons from December until February/March (depending from the weather).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. To był nasz kolejny udany pobyt w Hotelu Kocierz. Byliśmy tu i na wiosnę i jesienią i zimą. Tym razem przyjechaliśmy w lecie co dało nam możliwość skorzystania z fantastycznego AquaParku. Polecam wszystkim, a szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi. Super animacje, sala zabaw i spory kryty basen. Jedzenie również bardzo dobre - duży wybór i na śniadanie i na obiadokolację.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Resort mitten in den Bergen am Mały Szlak beskidzkiej, familienfreundlich und köstlichem lokalen Essen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war absolut top.

Food and Drink.

No air con. Paper cups in room.No milk. No fridge. Noisy in the annex as well. Out of control idiots playing music. Stupid road to get there with stupid drivers. Unreliable taxi service. People waiting hours to get transport. Annex rooms above a green algae pool full of something weird.
