Absolutely loved our stay! The bedroom was private and sooo spacious with private balcony! Love that you arrive and can just go straight to bed! No checkin

My husband and I love this hotel whenever we visit family in the area. It is truly a little home away from home and close to shopping for anything you may need. Ivy Silver, keep up the great work😊

The property was great in all aspects. Great value for the upscale accommodations. There were problems with the key-less entry which could be avoided ( and led to frustration) if the instructions were clearer.

When I searched Expedia for a hotel, they failed to mention that this hotel has no staff. Turns out that the text I received and ignored for pre-check-in, should have been named self-check-in because it's the only way to get into the building and get a room. After a 5-hr drive and a full bladder, it was frustrating 25 mins on an app download and check-in process in my car. Expedia needs to update its description for this hotel as I probably would not have selected it, although after reviewing the hotel website later, the no-staff approach is disclosed. My issue is only with Expedia. I have to say that this is a very clean, beautiful and nicely appointed property. However, the sliding doors inside the room had issues that prevented them from properly closing and the complementary breakfast is actually in another building. And it does feel a little weird to enter a hotel lobby with greeter, no TV running, no people, no sign of life.

All hotel rooms should be designed like SHC.

The apartment was very clean and kitchen had all amenities.

I liked the rooms were a t areasonable rate and close to the start for our race. I did not like the fact it was non contact and no one to physically talk to or check in with. Those who are tech it would be great.
