Silver Collection Hotel

I have never stayed in a hotel that has no staff on site, I was a little apprehensive, but everything was very smooth and efficient. The property is wonderful, too. Very pleased with everything!

I was in town for a Masonic Conference. Multiple hotels in the area and all the brother’s had complaints about their hotels. Silver Collection was clean, easily accessible, and away from the other hotels, but still close enough to the convention center. The check in was easy and the hotel was peaceful.

Not one employee in hotel. Not one! My room did not look out on a garden as stated - it looked out on a cesspool. The pool and exercise room were NOT adjacent - they were down the road at an apartment complex! I did not receive a free breakfast as stated - they informed me through text the night before that there wouldn’t be one the next morning because it was Labor Day. I didn’t know people didn’t eat breakfast on Labor Day. The key for the pool area did not work.

I must say I am pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms very nice the location was wonderful.

Very nice property great amenities in the rooms. Large rooms with kitchen, couch, and 2 tv’s. Laundry room and Bluetooth mirror.

Great location & convenient. Great price, clean property. Easy check in and out.

Excellent. Hôtel genre condo très accueillant. Très propre. On s’y sentait comme à la maison. Beaucoup de petites attentions que l’on apprécie.

It was a very nice place to stay. The room size was excellent.

I didnt like self check in and no staff on site.
