Best hotel in Fredericksburg area hands down

Our stay was amazing thanks to the beautiful property and staff!

I asked them earlierr to kindly have my room prepared and ready by 1 since i was arriving from a 9 hour drive. And they delivered!!. When checking out you have to be careful that u have all ur stuff packed first since theres no front office workers and youll be locked out ur room. Thanfully house keeping was near to assist me

This was wonderful had everything we needed it was quite and stores all around the hotel was wonderful had washer dryers pot and pans I will definitely go here again you can actually stay a year and be comfortable with your family

We always stay at this property when in the area! Having laundry as well as full kitchen when traveling with children is so convenient.

This is our preferred property whenever in the area. Whether it’s for our employees our ourselves.

Didn’t love the concept of no staff on site. I had made my resy late via Expedia so didn’t get the emails for self check-in before I arrived. Had to call security to let me in. Suites are very large and well-appointed. Bed was very comfortable. But the towels were like sandpaper - thin and rough. And the very thin walls made it possible to hear ALL the things going on next door. Also, the shower floor looks like it needs a magic eraser taken to it - splotchy looking from frequent use. I was in took 203.

It’s horrible service- there is no human in an entire property. I made an online check in on the morning of day of arrival as required in message I’ve gotten upon reservation. By the hotels’ sms they sent me, they should sent me a code for the door and room number two hours before arrival. But never did! The attempt to send sms to the virtual concierge failed. When arrived to the property (even later then submitted during check in), I’ve called to the security officer (the phone number is on the plate near the door), he arrived and get me into the lobby - there is a computer for self service. But this computer didn’t recognize me / didn’t find my reservation. Called to some help desk, but it was an answering machine. Left them a message and went away. Couple minutes later hired an excellent room in next door hotel, and while already in the room (another hotel) got an email from the Silver Collection Hotel with number of my room there! Spent a lot of money for the room I never was possible to get in!

We really enjoyed staying here! Other than having to walk or drive to the clubhouse for breakfast, it was a perfect place to stay!

Amazing hotel stay for our trip up to NJ. Very clean, very fresh, very large room, comfortable bed. Nice place to stay with a great breakfast too. Just have to learn how to use the contactless system and walk a little ways for the breakfast and pool. Will be looking for more SCH hotels to stay in.
