everything the paid parking and i my room smoking smell and not clearning and not privcy outside my room many people stay all day its very uncomfortable

The whole thing was a mess especially when I couldn’t get a refund

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! the staff are disgustingly rude and laughed in my face when told they charged me twice they said quote “they don’t care to leave me outside all night” whilst withholding my deposit and the £40 cash given to them at the door they also went to CHANGE THE LOCKS on the door so that they could keep the both amounts of money and refuse service after just asking for a refund and the deposit and we told them “we’d leave as we didn’t want to stay in such an appalling state” (we said nothing about the cash) multiple people had said they are riddled with bed bugs (by the state of the room i wasn’t shocked at this) they was completely unwilling to fix the mistake they made and would say on the phone to me “that the workers will give me the money back” then sent voice messages saying “no don’t give them the money back” they are scamming thieving bastards and don’t deserve to be in business i will never recommend this place to anyone even if they was off the streets i was appalled at such little professionalism they had we tried and tried again and again to reason but then had to leave empty handed luckily i stacked evidence against them showing they charged me for 2 services i did not receive and took it straight to the bank however the cash wouldn’t ever be able to get back i was utterly disgusted how i was treated whilst being their we stepped into the room and walked straight back out and the STILL REFUSED we hadn’t even sat down or touched anything even the staff had said quote “she’s rude and disgusting and to write a review on booking.com” after she also done nothing in her power as the one working and took the booking.
