The property was lovely, however it it would have been excellent, if they had a small kitchette in the rooms, to make breakfast ie bowels, cutlery etc

Western Springs Villa is in a safe and comfortable environment, conveniently located with on site parking. The staff always promptly respond with my texts regarding questions or my ETA. It is my preferred choice of lodging whenever I go to Auckland.
We stayed for 2 nights. It was very disappointing that our rooms were not replenished with tea/coffee and there was nobody available to ask for more. This was we felt a minimum standard that we would expect. Also neither of our rooms had a hairdryer.
Lovely little villa that’s great value for money. To top it off the hosts were so kind! They gave me an ice pack as I had some food I needed to keep cold on my journey home. Thanks very much for a lovely stay!!
