It was clean and served our purpose. Beautiful historic property.
Very nice property with secured parking at night, close to city but not too close. Room interior needs refreshing (my room was in the shed not the villa), artwork should be properly hung (not hooks under the canvas) as the picture fell off in the night, and landed on my head!!
This place is my `go to' when I travel to AKL, which is frequently. Value for money, parking and plenty of yummy restaurants in Kingsland. I noticed that they took my previous comments on board as the cleanliness had been taken up a notch.

I've stayed a few times and will continue as I frequent AKL more than I'd like to. The room is good value for $$ and pleasant but it lacks attention to detail cleaning. It obviously doesn't bother me that much of i wouldn't be going back
