It is one of the best hotel in Baku to stay with great city view and sea view together. Breakfast spread was amazing, being vegetarian still did not face issue but yes definitely keeping in mind Indians tourist, more vegetarian Indian breakfast options to be included. It was our first marriage anniversary , a bottle of wine was arranged for us it was a very good gesture and highly appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean and regularly serviced. Washrooms had good heated tiling and 24x7 hot water availability

Wonderful hotel. Room was huge, views were great, staff lovely and breakfast was amazing. Very close to the metro ( use the rear exit) and some nice parks/ restaurants.

Nice stay. Good rooms. Service with a smile. Breakfast spread is big. Pool is small.

Good hotel at nice location having good breakfast buffet, however has some drawbacks - staff had difficulty understanding English, water used to leak in the bathroom from the room above ours almost every day

The staff behaviour could have been a lot better

Camere ok, acqua calda inesistente. Tende non oscuranti ( entra luce fin dalle prime ore del mattino). Gestione dello staff pessima. Nessun aiuto per noleggio auto, tour etc. La cosa più grave è che mi sono lamentato per 2 volte che lo scarico non funzionava e non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla per risolverlo ( cosa che mi era stata garantita). Doccia sempre fredda e non hanno fatto nulla. Al check out un signore senza cravatta mi ha detto che sarebbe stato meglio per il futuro chiedere un cambio camera con upgrade piuttosto che far risolvere il problema ( assurdo).

Rooms are ok, but lobby definitely needs renovation. Breakfast although is on the bigger side, but with repetitive options.

The staff were very polite and always willing to assist with anything.
