This is a large, well-run establishment, which has a range of room types. It is in a good location, just a short tuk-tuk ride from the main bus station next to Siliguri Junction train station. The cheaper rooms are clean and functional, but fairly spartan. They look a little like cells, but are perfectly ok and I found the bed to be comfortable. The shared showers work well with a good supply of hot water. There is room service and I found the breakfast to be good and delivered on time, but there are plenty of food options nearby, including an upmarket restaurant on site, which serves good food. Wifi worked well.
