They have strict early check in procedures

The staff was completely unhelpful, they couldn't even call the taxi we needed to the airport. There were frequent power cuts so that we could not use the lift to carry our 4 X 20kg luggage to the 4th floor. They charged us for keeping luggage storage for a few days. The structure is in front of a big construction site and on the main road so it's very noisy. Way too expensive for what we got, I'd advise to look for a different place.

It's a decent hotel for a 1 night stay in Siliguri. Clean and neat in the rooms, and good restaraunt service. The receptionists are very helpful. Actually staying there for the 2d time. And it would be great value for money, But...

It was super super noisy, including at night. The cleaning staff were making terrible noise and speaking loudly (actually shouting at the top of their voices) in the corridors all the time. It felt like they were right in my room shouting, I literally couldn't hear the music in my headphones. During my 2d stay they were moving something very loudly in the next room at night. They don't care at all that the guests are trying to rest there. Also there are lots of mosquitoes and no nets.

The hospitality, the ambience, the staff .

The flash of the commode in washroom (roomno704) was not working, even after the house keeper was called upon, Furthermore at night after 2 0'clock the A.C. supposed is controlled from outside and not working properly.Felt discomfort inside the closed room ..

The room was clean and tidy and the staff was helpful.

Nearby location was under construction and there wasn't any proper window.
