The staff and activities manager were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hotel grounds are lovely and the rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, varied , and plentiful.

I really can’t think of anything negative.

The people are really nice. Both the Manager Rubina and travel manager Shankar are very helpful and nice. The pick up and drop from the airport is a big help. The travel desk could organize all our activities well. The location is close to the lake up a steep hill. The food is organic. All in all a great experience.

The shower area in our bathroom was small and the toiletries are not great. Apart from that nothing.

The staff were so attentive! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We really enjoyed our massages and facials. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to decorate the room and secure a cake as a surprise. Truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Boutique hotel, the location is central. A bit high, nice view. The driver can drive you to the lake or in the centre, always ready. The personal on reception is super kind, ready to help you, top professional. Respect. My room 103 was big, nice lake view and mountains side. It was upgraded free of charge. Perfect cleaned. Breakfast was good, big choice. It is real 5* hotel in Nepal. Tatsiana W.
