Excellent location, walking distance to the city center. Clean room with almost everything you need for short, and not so, stay.

Host did not notify us in advance that our apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and very narrow stairs. For 60 years young people, it was a little bit challenging to get all the luggage up to the place.

The location is the big + of this apartment. Close the old town and just a 10min drive from a stunning beach. With a lot of adorable restaurants in the neighbourhood

-The apartment was very dark. Not too much natural light, and some lamps were just not working - the sofa bed was broken, even though I contacted the owner on the first day about it but it was never fixed along our stay there. - the cleaning lady on checkout was very rude literally “kicking us out” at 10:00 even though we were literally just putting on our shoes and checking if we didn’t forget anything.

Perfect location, old town Split close to everything, but in a small quiet street. We were in the apartment located on the ground floor, and it was very nice to be able to enjoy the courtyard for breakfast or lunch. Our host was very flexible with check-in time, allowing us to drop our luggage in the morning

We had an issue with the keycard holder that, just as in hotel rooms, turns the electricity on or off. Thus, we woke up with no electricity. But it was solved quite quickly.

The location is amazing!

No shower curtain but it was no biggie we just sat down!

Good location and a nice apartment with everything you need. Short distance from the old town, just a few minutes walk.

When taking a shower a lot of water came on the floor, as there were no shower curtain.
