The location is perfect, host is accommodating BUT lots of negatives.

Unfortunately, we did not get the room as shown in the pictures when booking. The photos are very misleading. The property is not well maintained. It’s small, dark and definitely not for 3 people. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable with a very dirty mattress.

Location : centrally located at split, the harbour is just 5 mins by walk. Even with a toddler we managed this trip without a stroller. Clean: the apartment was clean and well maintained. It had a rustic feel with hardwood furniture. Staff: very friendly and helpful. We could reach them at any point of time and we would receive help. Affordable: the cost of the apartment was affordable considering the location.

Building : apartment was on the 4th floor without any lift, so get ready for some workout. This was tricky because on the first day, my son (3 yrs old) slept and we had to lift him to the apartment by steps. Room : the room is a converted attic probably. The ceiling was lower on many regions, particularly at the bathroom. We banged my heads multiple times and we are not that tall, probably average European height. The bathroom had a tub without any screen which meant every time we took a shower it would be water everywhere on the floor. I would highly recommend to remove the tub and install a shower room as it will give some height else again, lot of headbanging would happen. No parking: to me it was not clear that the apartment had no parking. Maybe I missed this detail.

- Excellent location (really exceptionally good) - fairly large apartment - very clean

- wifi has very short range (basically just the bedroom, no wifi at all in the kitchen just 4m away) - the mattress is too soft for us
