Everything was absolutely perfect! I booked this stay for my daughter’s first trip to Harare for a university interview. When her interview was postponed, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making it easy to rebook for two more nights. As a parent sending a child from Bulawayo for the first time, I was so relieved to know she was well looked after. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was on point, and dinner was brilliant. A huge thank you to the team for being so welcoming #Sammeera & Fari

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything from the service to the room was perfect.
