Compartmentalized, bedroom small, rushed cleaning

Out rooms were beautiful, clean and the beds were really comfortable. Peaceful location. The staff were all super helpful.

Our shower water didn't stay in the shower area, so a lot of the floor became very, very wet. But this is a tiny niggle and in no way a real problem.

Would love for a bigger bathroom

Clean room. Quiet location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice cafe. Cafe de Paris. TV has Netflix that you can log into which is great.

No major cons

Friendly and helpful staff who accomdated out of normal arrival and departure times. Even making a packed breakfast. Clean room. Great location.

Couldn't figure out the air conditioner so it kept turning on and off waking me up. But i am just not savvy with those things

It is clean. Bed is good

Shower did not work, only cash payments, no pool as they are constructing but did not tell us until the last moment. Geiser of bath went cold after 5 minutes (bath only quarter full). No food after 7. We paid USD 170 for the night but 80 dollars would have been more appropriate.

We had an amazing night in Jacaranda! A beautiful room, breakfast that was abundant and with various choices. Right now they have renovations going on which was visible but not audible. The room was spacious and clean and had the best shower we have had in our two weeks in Zimbabwe. Fari also had some great recommendations for dinner nearby. Thank you for the stay, 100% recommend.
