Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Asheville Weaverville

Close to where we needed to be. Rooms are a good size and breakfast was good.

We booked through booking.com. Our initial check in clerk was super nice. But the manager that had to come down to fix the issue with booking.com was the worst we have even encountered. He came down in pj's pants and a robe and told us he could not help even after talking to the booking agent. Didn't get all the info and still after an hour and half would not put us in a room. Another female manager had to be called to then simply press a button and we had room keys.

Location , near my family .

Fireplace (once again) not on during a snowy/blustery weekend. One reason I choose this location even though it's exponentially more expensive is to have quiet tome/ conversation by the fireplace. Also, the front desk attendant was consistently absent. I had to call The landline as I waited for at least 10 minutes to check in & no one was at desk. I finally called the phone to het her to to the front. Same at checkout, no one there .

No warm water for showers. Informed front desk and was told they thought it was fixed but will get someone out. Waited awhile and still no warm water for showers

Everything was perfect the staff was friendly it’s was really clean the bed were really comfortable it was a great stay

The only bad part was I didn’t wanna leave you
