"No WiFi overcharge?"

Clean, well kept

Could not get WiFi signal (consumer cellular). Also pending visa bill is $497 whereas bill should be $447. Hopefully actual charge will be $447.

Easy check in. Quiet room, pleasant staff. Good location.

I was a little disappointed this time. I felt my room was not as clean as usual. And the coffee was weak and I didn’t like it. Breakfast was ok. I usually rave about all of this.

"The indoor pool has been closed for weeks"

Website should advise the indoor pool has been closed for weeks because management forgot to renew their permit. That information should be on the hotel website! Front desk staff said it was out of their control. Poor customer service training!

Didn’t get the room I reserved and the receptionist wasn’t very polite or welcoming at all. I will say the room was very clean and the breakfast was good which definitely made our overall experience accommodating.
