"Large groups welcome!"

I’m a travel guide for student groups. Stayed here with 150 middle schoolers for their music competition, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff here are the most helpful and accommodating — they went above and beyond to provide additional supplies students forgot at home, incredible service at breakfast, and showed incredible patience and understanding for our kids. They jumped at the opportunity to assist wherever they could. Miss Atlee (sp?) and her colleagues are top tier. Easy alley parking for buses, ample space for students in the breakfast rush, and fantastic service. The location is also great - close enough to Six Flags and downtown Atlanta, but far enough to not fight traffic. Easy to keep students contained with large groups, and the sidewalk with access from the main door and the patio makes for easy bus loading. Looking forward to booking here again!

"Great Atlanta Hotel in a quieter suburb"

The hotel is nice and normally I stay at hyatts but I would not stay back at this one. I checked into 1 room and the bathroom light kept going out, called front desk and the girl was very helpful and sent someone up right away the maintenance looked at it and would have to replace the mirror lights it was late so we were moved to a new room, we moved and the 2nd room had hair in the bathroom. Dealt with that but on our checkout day the girl was rude and disrespectful how she spoke to me. The previous days the guest service team member were nice but not that one.
