It was difficult figuring out how to enter the building. The paper affixed to the glass door assisted. I don't like the idea of having to place my palm on a handle to light up the touch key pad.

The bathroom tub was clogged. The property seemed clean but not spic and span clean. I really disliked not having someone on-site if I need something. To be candid, I wasn't really entirely sure what type of experience I was booking for when I made the booking.

"I want a refund, I will complain to everyone i know."

The price looked right after I looked on line for a place to stay overnight after my surgery. The website said 66 dollars a night. When I saw the bill I was pissed. How do you increase a price of a room by more than double without saying so. What the hell kind of place is it hat you can cheat travlers who have come to stay in your town for one night after surgery? We didn't stay at your facility, couldn't get in or get anyone to answer. Big ripoff. You took my money pretty fast and then left us hanging. Bad business, Carl D Hawkins
