location was great and was only a short drive to downtown

The ground floor room was a little bit dark. If I was able to pick a room by location I would have chosen one on an upper level.

"Nice quiet place away from the downtown."

The last place I stayed was for work last month. It was the Ritz-Carlton, and this room was nicer.

They could have explained the need for a door code to enter the building and code on the room. I was on hold for a bit trying to figure that all out.
