L'accueil d'Inka et son mari. Des bons conseils et des gâteaux ! L'appartement à 150m du port, on y a séjourné sans voiture. Resto à côté, location de vélo et supérette ( fermé en mi-saison)Fonctionnel, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain ! Très pratique. L'île et le parc sont magnifiques.

Seul bémol, chauffe-eau solaire (excellente initiative) mais par temps couvert, on n'a pas eu assez d'eau chaude un soir. Par grand soleil, aucun problème.

Brilliant location - very short walk from the ferry at Pomena & able to leave luggage for late ferry out when leaving. Lovely view from the balcony; could watch the boats coming and going in the harbour. Right next to Mljet National Park ticket kiosk and entrance. Lots of places to hire bikes on the harbourside . Bikes and kayaks also available to hire inside the National Park provided in season. Good for walking, swimming, cycling and kayaking.

Beware if self catering : the very small grocery shop only opens until 3pm and is closed Sundays and has a very small stock of items. It does sell fresh bread in the morning. but there is no other place to buy groceries in Pomena. We were here late September/beginning October: beware places start shutting down on 1 October, though there were still a few restaurants open and was nice and quiet in the national park.
