Guest House Matana Pomena

We had a great couple of days staying here. Pomena is beautiful and Inka's place is so relaxing. She gave us some great walking routes around the national park and made us feel so welcome. We had a bit of trouble getting to Mljet due to bad weather but Inka was so helpful in advising us with alternate travel plans. I would really reccomend staying here and when I (hopefully someday) return to Mljet will definitely stay here again!

Our host Inka waa very helpful, especially on hiking information on the island. The apartment had everything we needed and a lovely sea view balcony.

Very good accommodation. Warmly welcomed to a beautiful part of the island. Highly recommend the food the hosts cooked 10 out of 10.

Great location with nice view over the port.Host was very friendly, apartment was decently equipped and overal we could not realy complain about anything.

Its not host fault but Pomena has rather poor mobile reception.It would be probably better to set meeting point before the arrival.

The property was just 'okay' for our two night stay. Smaller than it looked in the photos. On the plus side there were two bathrooms and two showers where we were only expecting one. There are also two balconies. Beds were comfortable and the property was clean. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The main advantage here is that the property is situated above the National Park Ticket Office and is adjacent to the Park entrance.

Lots of steps up to the property. Kitchen area is pretty small and cramped. There is no air conditioning in the smallest bedroom. The plumbing smelled bad when we first arrived but seemed to go away when we used the showers. Shower heads cannot be hung up - just hand held.

Great location, quiet and away from the busy dock. Lovely hosts who let us leave our suitcases at their place after we checked out on our last day of exploring the national park. We opted for breakfast and it was delicious. The room was spacious, wifi great and lovely view from the balcony to the water.

We very much enjoyed our stayed and didn’t find it much of a problem, but the shower in our room was hand held and not super warm. There are also a lot of stairs if that is something to consider.

Loved Milner and the location

In need of love. Wi-Fi didn’t work, ran out of hot water. Needs updating.

Millet is a fabulous retreat.

Property is lacking investment. Very tired. Wi-Fi does not work.
