good location (near the red dunes). scooter rental. the staff helped us to get a bus to Dalat (dropped us at the bus station).

Very nice people to be staying with, ready to help you with any questions or requests. We had a very pleasant time here. The room is cozy, the bed is nice and the airconditioner works very well (which is important in the hot and humid weather of Mūi Né).Very good value for what you get..

The shower is right next to the toilet and the hose of the shower is not so long which meant that we had to crouch in order to wash our hair which wasn't too much of a problem. The location is quite far from the city center (which is actually in Phang Thiet) so you need a motorbike or be prepared to book some taxis. They have motorbikes for rent for a good price though.

The atmosphere was good - away from the hustle and bustle of town, close to a beach. The room seemed like it had just been refurbished, and everything worked well. There was a tiny garden / hangout area in front of our room, which was a nice touch (nobody hung out there, so no noise from that part of the property). Throughout our stay, I noticed that at least half of the rooms were always occupied. There was a young man who could speak English with us - so there wasn't much communication problems during our stay.

It was a quiet time of the day when we arrived - the staff (which later I found out, was actually the owner) was taking a siesta. He spoke not a word of English, but quickly ushered us to a room when shown the booking on the app. Luckily, I did not avail of the free upgrade given by Booking.com - which offered a four-bedded dorm.
