Apartments Bella Vista Split

The apartment's quiet, in a residential location and parking is convenient. The host Rako has been responsive in our communication for the most part.

A few things I can remember and kept note of. 1. The apartment does NOT look like the photos. Maybe there has another property than we stayed at? But this isn’t the one. 2. The lights in the kitchen are not working. Surprised no one fixed it before we came. 3. The curtains are broken in one of the bedrooms, so light came in very early in the morning. This has been challenging for my mother, who is a light sleeper. 4. While one fan in the house works, the fan in the bedroom next to the kitchen is broken. Some of us slept feeling hot and woke up in the middle of the night multiple times. 5. The remote control for the living room TV is broken. We can't switch channels after turning the TV on… 6. The showerhead is very low, making it necessary to squat to take a shower. Additionally, the bathroom mirror is positioned too high for us to see ourselves comfortably. 7. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. No elevator, but the stairs are wide so climbing it isn’t too bad! Some are more minor details, but as someone who travels often and stayed at the apartment for 4 days, these details made a difference and unfortunately showed a lack of care the owner puts into this property.

Super easy to access. Clean toilet and bathroom. Nice airconditioning!

The only ”bad” this is that you don’t really have any nice view out of the windows. But that’s bot a real problem considering how nice the apartment is

Amazing location & view, very near to Split old town, walkable distance.

THE STAIRS! We are staying at 5th floor, NO lift, and we need to carry our big luggages up the stairs.

Close to the city center. Very good price/quality ratio. We could benefit from the peacocks discussions night and day. The host is very kind and flexible.

The apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. Cannot let windows opened due to traffic noise. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy.

The apartment is dated but a fine choice for staying in an old city. The location was easy to walk into old town and there were many groceries and restaurants nearby. The parking was very convenient and safe.

We had a party of 8. The apartment technically sleeps that many, however it was very cramped as the apartment is small. And having one toilet for that many people is not great.

Old town is approx. 15 min walk from the apartment. The check-in instructions were very clear. There were fruits and chocolate provided for us. The TV in a bedroom was huge. The price was reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The apartment we stayed were quite old. It was really difficult to find the apartment arriving by car, as the entrance was small despite the given instruction. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator, so we had to leave our luggage in the car and only brought the necessities.

The owner let us to stay longer 1 hour. This was amazing as it aloud us to clean and finish to pack our stuffs! Very central

It was a 5 floor without lift! You can do it unless you have any knee problem! For us it was not a problem but it is an alert in case you have any issues
