Lovely location

The property needed some TLC. The grounds were a mess. Weeds everywhere and dead plants in pots. The fabric on the bedhead was dirty and the bottom of the blinds were also dirty.

Amazing views, great weather helped. Eco friendly and a magical atmosphere, perfect for a couples getaway.

No uncover outdoor area, but the rest makes up for that.

Very relaxing and a good country feel. The bath when opening up the doors to the farm field was amazing. Bed was very comfy also. Plenty of space and privacy.

Coffee machine wouldn’t work. Needs a sign on the road so people know where to turn off. The pathway needs a cut as it’s over grown. No floor mat provided for after a shower.

The country feel, close to different activities

No where to hang clothes. Wish there was some books to read or games to play. Maybe even a small microwave. I understand not much room but might make the stay a little more enjoyable.

Bed was comfy & shower was great

Drop toilet, smell was very bad, really needed a fan & ability to open the window.

The location and the farm environment

The Arc Pavilion was deeply disappointing; the property felt neglected and the price paid for the stay was unjustified given the property's current, unmaintained, and possibly vandalised state, which is starkly misrepresented by the advertised photos taken when the hut was new, demonstrating a severe lack of regular care for continuous guest use. Though the bed linen was thankfully clean.
