"Have already recommended to our friends to stay here. Cosy and comfortable."

8.0

Waking up to the hundreds of sheep and the serenity of the location.

Solar panels blocking the view. They are in a terrible location. Also when I booked I wasn’t aware the bathroom was a second room and had to walk outside to use it.

"Great location, cute place to stay in! Be aware the hut is quite small."

8.0

The hut is a very cute accomodation to stay in, very cosy and something different! Also very close to Devonport and very modern.

we were meant to pick up the key from a lock box using a code - the code didn’t work in the lockbox but luckily the door was just left unlocked! The bath shown in the picture is a lot smaller than originally thought, I was hoping both me and my partner would fit but it’s more a one person kind of fit. I did not expect the toilet to be in an outhouse but this wasn’t a major problem. The fire is also slightly hard to get going since the wood is wet but the hut is warm once the fires going, if you were unable to get it going though it would be very cold! There was also only two matches so if you couldn’t light it on the first time it would have been stressful!

"Great Summer Vaycay, Needs Heat for Winter"

4.0

I stayed at the Colonia Blue tiny house. To originate you to the photos the bathing is a separate hut. The positive: the bath was all I expected and more. The negative: Currently Colonia blue does not have heating which may not be an issue as a couple on a get away, however I found it too cold for a winter stay. One of the huts has a wood burner, just unfortunately no this one. Owners are planning on putting gas heating in, but if you plan to stay in cooler months please check before you book. Owners were easy to deal with when I expressed my concerns and I was satisfied with their solution. I would stay again, but over warmer Tassy months. Really loved that bath!

This is such a hidden gem and a peaceful stay. This was a perfect solo trip but would be great for 2 people. This is a tiny home but with the must magical surroundings. The views are incredible and lots of wood and supplies for a perfect stay. There is a portable cook top I believe but I loved getting dinner locally & sitting outside. It’s a clever set up with such attention to detail and sustainable. I will be back, it showcases Tasmania & the outdoors.

"It was ok but we wouldn’t come back as the privacy is compromised"

6.0

This property is good. Best part was the bath tub. The kitchen was fully equipped. And we loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable. The fire place was so peaceful aswel and we loved it keeping us warm with wine.

Not what we were expecting or would come back to. Me and my partner were in the bathtub and as i got up without any clothes on body, a car came and parked at the front small house and the lady was looking towards us. It wasnt private at all and there are cars going down the road which made us uncomfortable to walk out or in the bathtub naked. We wanted to experience a complete natural and open space unfortunately couldn’t. The big pillow which is in the photo for the deck to relax on is dirty and punctured and was wet when we took it out the box. I found the surrounding a bit messy and unclean with big grass and dead plants. Didnt have any complimentary food or bar food to use and pay on checkout based on how far restaurants are.

"A little slice of luxury on a picturesque hill"

10.0

The Arc Pavillion was all that I wanted and more. The location is ideal, both country and coast within 15 minutes and ample attractions close by. There is so much to enjoy at the property that I didn’t leave the two days that I stayed. It is cleverly designed, maximising the side of the tiny home and a beautiful combination of simplicity, luxury and eco friendly living all rolled into one. Whilst the toilet is a separate little building outside, it is only a few steps away. It did get cold over night when the fire went out (there is no other heating) but there is ample wood, the tiny home heats up quickly and hot water bottles were provided. There bed was comfy, beautiful double doors to open up and let the sunshine and fresh breeze in whilst laying in bed, the view outside from the deck, bathtub and outdoor lounge is wonderful. I enjoyed peaceful mornings reading and bird watching, afternoon yoga and beautiful bathtub sunsets from the area. Relaxing by the coast fire and star gazing were highlights too. Communication was fantastic, Kylie was friendly and accomodating and I had every thing I needed during my stay and more. A beautiful little space for a a romantic get away or a solo traveler wanting some RnR.
