Comfy clean room, friendly staff , food was delicious

Above the kitchen so a little noisy from 7am

Excellent accommodation

It was situated in a quaint village, excellent views

My first but not last visit (have already rebooked for later in the summer) This is one of those rare stays where facilities etc score highly but it comes with that extra bit extra .. ie you genuinely sense the welcome and feel like a local. Some good walks Safe environment eg motorcycle parking

The location, the meals and the staff.

Poor choice of draught beers and cider although we understand that a change of ownership was imminent.

We were made to feel welcome right from when we walked in, the friendly staff couldn’t have done any more for us if they tried,

Beautiful location, staff were friendly

The quality of breakfast wasn't great, the bed was uncomfortable, very very soft mattress. Some rubbish under the bed and a bit dusty in places. Very very expensive for what it is.

Our 3rd stay in the last 3 years . It was lovely to be incharge of the open fire cause it was so quiet on night and wed never actualy seen it lit till this stay .. I was helping Rebecca, she does enough.😄 Overall, it's the food and quietness why we return . It's a little gem 💎 ✨️ Amazing staff and on the ball making it perfect and well ran .

Only thing I would say , some areas look tired . Cracks that need re sealing. The dresser buffet is really loose on the bolts 🔩.(room 1) Tightened them the best I could last night. Fingers , not a spanner ha . No beans this morning, making the brekkie a little dry but it was still amazing. Not a problem ! No other issues .

Staff were lovely and chatty, friendly, our room was small but had everything you needed.

Beer's we're off as owner's were in transit, moving abroad. Shower wasn't very powerful.
