The beddings were dirty

The beds. The first bedrooms mattress can barely fit two people on it and the second bedrooms mattress needs replacing as it has two holes in it. The shower in the first bedroom also has an issue with hot water that trickles out.

Great location. Very spacious apartment, with a nice kitchen and having 2 bathrooms was a major bonus. The place was very clean and tidy.

The WiFi connection was horrendous - you were lucky to get one bar of signal. Also, picking up the keys was a disaster. They should use the lockboxes that are present at the property instead of asking guests to go to a second location to pick up/drop off keys.

The location of the property was great, center of old town Edinburgh close to many of attraction via walking distances. Lot of shops and pubs near, you will not go hungry or thirsty. The staff was extremely prompt in responding to any inquiries. Hot water was insistent, which was really nice to have.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor. Downstairs entry door to the stairs is loud, anytime someone came/went the door would slam causing us to wake up. The instruction to finding the actual house was a challenging, with 4 keys which were not clearly labeled what door it was for. The unit had 2 double bed, the bedroom with detached bathroom the mattress has big dip and was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall the unit cleanliness was okay, futon in the living room had crumbs within grooves. Saw eyelashes within bedding but didn’t make big deal out of it, blankets had staining as well. Finally the bedroom with attached bathroom there was pigeon nesting near the window, was unable to open the window and could hear pigeons throughout the day/night. We were also running low on paper towel with only 1 roll available (used) during our 4 nights and 5 days.

Location was great. Bedrooms were to the back and very quiet. Good facilities.Helpful staff.

Awesome location with great restaurants and bars , all very close! Parking is a small challenge but there is a lot one block up the hill behind the Raddison Hotel for 30 pounds. Super cool experience, I would highly recommend. Mike (Detroit, USA)

The location is great and the living area is spacious and looks lovely.

The beds are too small to be comfortable for 2 people and the basin in the ensuite bathroom is too small to be useful. There is a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes and no detergent so I couldn't use it. There was no tea, coffee or milk provided and the key pick up & drop off was very inconvenient. Windows were well overdue for a clean.
