"Overall a very satisfactory stay."

Breakfast not included in price. Place was comfortable and more than met my requirements. Debbie & Paul were friendly, welcoming and empathetic.

"Lovely place to stay in tranquil part of the neighbourhood"

I've stayed here before for work and will consider in the future for work or leisure. Use of the spacious kitchen is very handy and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Room 3 is great for watching trains!!

Back entrance door is on a code but it is possible for other guests to drop the dead-lock by mistake! Luckily I wasn't back too late to disturb the landlady!!

Comfortable, clean room at a very good price with off road parking.

Proximity to the railway line though no trains between midnight and 6am so not too bad. Stayed 2 nights and slept much better the second night.
