Die Lage ist gut. Es ist ein Konbini direkt um die Ecke. Die U-Bahn-Station ist auch um die Ecke. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Klimaanlage war leise. Es gibt ein Coin Laundry direkt im Haus. Vor dem Haus ist ein Getränkeautomat. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele, sehr gute Restaurants. Es ist nicht weit zu einem schönen Park.

Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut (musste Nachts abgestellt werden). Die Betten sind unbequem. Es gibt ein großes Fenster, durch das die ganze Nacht künstliches Licht scheint. Es gibt keinen Vorhang für das Fenster. Ich fand eine tote Kakerlake im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer roch schlecht - ich musste ein Raumerfrischer kaufen. In der Wohnung roch es nach Zigarettenrauch. Es gab Schimmel im Badezimmer. Alles ist alt und abgenutzt. Es wirkte alles sehr deprimierend. Einer der Trockner im Coin Laundry war defekt - er schluckte das Geld, aber ging nicht an.

The room was very small, not as advertised, was very cold but they gave heater and extra blanket. This place is very small and not for 4 people as when we tried to pay taxes, it only came for 3, when asked the owner did not respond but we left money for 4.

This place has a good location but that's it. It is outdated and has the looks of being dirty. You won't see the staff at any time. I believe for the price you can stay somewhere better. The only plus is that you can use the bikes they have for free

The beds are comfortable and the room is very small as well as the bathroom

Very small studio apartment, but it worked for one night in Fukuoka. Check in was easy.
