Dirty dishes, uncomfortable beds, dirty bedding, tight bathroom.

the location was good, less than 1mins walk from subway station and bus staion just right in front of the building. Elevator is available so it's convenient for luggage, microwave,kettle,stove,knife,pot also efficiently use, owner is good communicate when you ask for help she replies immediately, allow us to keep our luggages at the place before check-in time.

quite dusty in the room, I felt irritate a bit due to allergy of dust. they didn't provided bathroom-mat air-con is noisy.

The location is only meters away from the subway station. Convenience stores are nearby. The Ohori Park and Fukuoka Art Museum are of walking distance.

We would have loved a portable table for our sit-in dining. We need soft pillows and raised beds for us with difficulty standing up from the floor level.

Few steps away from the metro subway and store.

Upper deck of double decker bed is not comfortable. Pillow should be improved to make it more presentable and comfortable.

The owner was very friendly and helpful.

It’s a warm cosy room (value for money) that can fit 4 with everything you need from microwave to small table and chairs. Convenient location too from airport or train station. Very friendly owner who allowed us to place your luggage in the room before check in.

We had access to utensils, scissors, umbrella, towels. These are a hassle to bring to the airport. These are things that make accommodations comfortable.

No slippers and chairs. Bunk bed had "borders" around the matress, you should be extra careful in "entering".
