Room on street side (very noisy) Issue with payment. I paid twice and haven’t received return payment since (1 week).

All staff were friendly and polite. Hotel easy to find on our stopover whilst driving up to Scotland. Breakfast was good, everything you could want. We ate at the 3 mile, food was standard but it was convenient.

It was a little noisy Not a fan of the grey interior

Beautiful, tasteful, staff were friendly and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in ages. I almost did not want to leave the room. Felt like an amazing treat to myself.

I found this to be a modern hotel with old fashioned values, such as plenty of parking, a warm welcome, reception happy to provide me with a quiet room as I'm a light sleeper, and Scott despatching my forgotten jumper to my home quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated! My room was nicely laid out with no signs of wear and the bed was both huge and comfortable. For me, it's a great location for the short drive to The Freeman for a regular check-up at the transplant clinic.

Very comfortable rooms. Air conditioning. Tea tray, hair drier and iron in the room. Super comfy bed.
