A very minor point, 1 of the bathroom's shower raiser was broken and the mirror was above the toilet rather than the sink.

We stayed at 3 mill street in derby from the 4th to the 7th July the apartment was spacious and a great base to go to Alton towers we were part of a group of friends and kids and they all loved the space much better than a hotel room would stay again

Just small niggling things...no tea towels, no teapot, only 3 dishwasher tablets for four nights, finding the apartment after parking ( you need to go back out of the carparking gates, turn right and enter new code to get in the gate to the house and then code again to open the door!) One reception/ dining room . Pleased we only had 6 in our party.

The place was so big and clean. Perfect for what we needed. The extra touches of cereal, tea and coffee, milk in the fridge was perfect. All of the little extras made the stay even more comfortable. When we had one little problem the staff were there sorting it asap. I would definitely stay there again.

The only negative is there was only 8 mugs not 10. And only 8 seats at the table and not 10. Didn’t ruin it at all.

Excellent value for money, property was very close to the City centre, easily one of the best places i have stayed for a weekend away, would highly recommend to anyone.

Door entry codes that were tricky but staff were on site to help out very quickly. Everything was really clean and good quality beds and bedding, showers and furniture, all rooms were similar which was great and all en suite which was a bonus. Crockery and cutlery were great quality and the welcome pack came in really handy. So suitable that we are already considering returning next year.

Nothing major wrong with the property just a couple of minor points. We were only a group of six but if all rooms were fully occupied there would not have been enough dining chairs. Would have liked rubbish bins to be marked up for recycling. There was no local information folders with take away menus or local things to do. Otherwise everything was of a really high standard.

Stayed with family for a wedding. The property is fresh and modern . Secure car park much appreciated.
