Very clean and spacious, lovley touch with complimentary milk and coffee/tea. Customer service was excellent. House is very big, rooms are spacious. Everything you need.

The road noise was excessive so many loud cars wheelspining and racing around. Very dangerous for children if they went outside to the shop.

recently travelled here as part of a hen party, the house is so much bigger than it looks on the picture and a bonus that each bedroom has its own en suite. the living area was a great size for everyone to sit together. the car park next to the property providing off street and easy access parking was great! fans providing in every room including the living room all rooms including the en suites very clean irons and ironing board provided all round great stay and would stay again!

i would say the kitchen is too small for a house of 10 as you can only get about 2-3 people in the kitchen at a time. this was fine for us as we weren’t cooking but could be an issue if people wanted to cook. there are also not enough glasses and mugs in the cupboard for the amount of people - miss match wine glasses and only 6 mugs in the dining area there are only 8 seats at the table, this was fine for us as there was only 8 of us but if you had 10 people filling the house to full occupancy, this could be an issue. i also think some of the windows were really hard to open and understand how to open them with them being an old coach house. i think maybe instructions would be beneficial it was a pain that you had to exit the car park via the car gate using a code and then use a different code to get into the foot gate to the property, there is not a gate that goes direct from the car park to the front door.

6 of us (family and friends) stayed here for 2 nights. Initially selected as it was cheaper than several hotel rooms, but we quickly realised it was much nicer for lots of reasons. As we were travelling for a funeral, having space to socialise & eat together was great. It's a lovely space, nicely finished & with lots of thoughtful touches & detail. (Having milk in the fridge on arrival made this tea-lover very happy indeed!) If I had to have find a negative, it would've been nice if one of the rooms had had a bath available, rather than a shower, for those that prefer it, or children etc.. We will most definitely be back in the future, as we visit Derby a lot for family occasions. Thank you for a great stay.
