the bedding was clean but looks shabby. the water pressure in the toilet was quiet low the lawn was not properly taken care of, a lot of "kemuncup" the garbage in the outside bin was not thrown away

I booked 2 units of the Premium Suite at the Nurbayu Chalet for a 1 night stay on 13 Jul 2024. However, I was given the Nurbayu Guesthouse as replacement as all units have been taken up. Overall the conditions of the Nurbayu Guesthouse is not satisfactory.

There is no breakfast served in this property. Location is ok. Price is good.

Shower. The water for cold shower is not cold, its somehow slightly warm. It could be due to the water tank above is heated up by the hot sun during daytime hence the shower water is remain warm through out the night. The shower water heater outputs hot water even when the temperature dial is turned down to cold. We stayed in the Premium family suite which has 2 rooms and a small hall. However both rooms sharing one air-conditioner that is installed at the hall. Its ok for night time but during day time the rooms become quite warm. Only 1 shower/toilet located in the master bedroom. The occupants in the 2nd room disturbs the occupants in the master bedroom every time they access the shower/toilet. Overall its ok for the price we paid but however improvements can be done in the above 3 areas and the price can be revised slightly higher with proper improvements.

The rooms are nice and large.

However, the person at check-in was very unfriendly and tried to charge us fees that didn't exist. I would not recommend the accommodation as a tourist.
