Manage the un-seem circustance due to claimed not received enough order

Kiblat sign and wifi password need to be ask first. Contact sign also still show ex-staff who no longer working for quite some time

Booking confirmed. During arrival, my booking was denied. Called OYO to complain, hotel was full. Hotel Manager was not helpful. Will never ever book this hotel in the future.
